Terms and Conditions

The following conditions apply to ALL offers:

For the purpose of the following terms and conditions all discounts, offers, vouchers etc will be referred to as “offer”

  • Free Trial Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer
  • One discount per visit only
  • Free Trial Offer valid for new customers only, unless otherwise stated
  • Offers subject to availability, are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Bookings are essential and subject to availability
  • Prices subject to change without notice

Specific Terms and Conditions: "Free Trial offers"

  • "Free Trial" on offer until further notice at the discretion of Medi Light
  • Free Treatments and Trials are restricted to a maximum value of $100
  • Should you wish to have a greater valued area treated, you will be required to pay the difference
  • First Treatment Free is considered "Free Trial"
  • One Free Trial Per person
  • Payment options available in-store
  • The $100 Free Trial must be used entirely at your first treatment. If your first treatment value is less than $100, the balance is not redeemable for cash and the balance cannot be carried forward to future treatments.

 

GUARANTEE TERMS
Guarantee requires a minimum of six treatments within the recommended treatment schedule for your treatment area to be valid. A clear photo of each treatment area must be taken at your initial treatment, the area must be unshaven, showing clear hair density. You must follow the recommended treatment schedule as advised by your technician, which is noted on your file at the time of your consultation along with all other advice as documented and given to you throughout your treatments. You must have one treatment per year to maintain the treatment area. You must treat the entire area each treatment. You must not shave the area between treatments. Further conditions apply. RESERVATION POLICY
We require 2 business days notice to reschedule all appointments. In the event you do not show up for an appointment or do not give 2 business days notice, you will forfiet your 30% deposit (as explained in our consent form and initial consultation).

Packages & Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers and packages (including unused & free treatments cannot be exchanged for cash)
If you change your mind after you have purchased a package, management will review your case, however you are not entitled to a refuned.

Specific Terms and Conditions: "SMS Specials"

  • Not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount, products or packages
  • Not valid for patch treatments, areas treated must be discounted from full retail price

 

Specific Terms and Conditions: "Buy 3 Get ONE free" Package Special + Other multipule treatment package conditions

  • Package valid for that treatment area and cannot be transferred to another area
  • Should the treatment area be extended at all by request, you are liable to pay the difference
